Specifically, the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy approved the start of negotiations and the signing of the relevant loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The agreement, drafted by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, is aimed at implementing the sixth road rehabilitation project in Moldova. As part of this project, there are plans to rehabilitate and expand the R7 (R14 – Drochia – Costești – Romanian border) and M3 (Chișinău – Comrat – Giurgiulești – Romanian border) roads.
