The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) announced this, noting that the transaction was the result of a large-scale global M&A tender conducted by the EBRD to identify a long-term strategic investor committed to the further development of the Giurgiulești Port and to strengthening Moldova’s integration into regional and global trade networks.
