This is provided for by the government-approved Regulation on the procedure for developing, implementing, and monitoring support instruments for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Regulation introduces a unified, simplified, and entrepreneur-oriented mechanism — a “single window” — through which access to state support will be provided on the basis of a unified business plan and clear procedures.
