Impact Days Moldova 2026: ideas, people, and solutions for a more resilient economy

Artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, mental health, and impact business development are just some of the topics that will be explored at this year’s edition of Impact Days 2026, the largest event in the Republic of Moldova dedicated to responsible business, social economy, and impact-driven innovation. Entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders from the Republic of Moldova and across the region will take the main stage to share experiences, solutions, and sustainable development models for the business environment.

On June 5–6, Impact Days returns with an interactive format and a dedicated space for dialogue, where participants will have the opportunity to analyze and debate practical topics, ask questions relevant to their own businesses, and engage directly with speakers, experts, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem partners – with the possibility to identify solutions, initiate collaborations, and turn ideas into impactful action.

Who are the event speakers?

This year as well, the speakers of Impact Days 2026 are entrepreneurs, founders, and experts who base their interventions on direct experience in developing their own businesses and projects, bringing authentic perspectives on real challenges, business decisions, and practical solutions in areas such as social entrepreneurship, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and organizational wellbeing:

  • - Angela Achiței, social entrepreneur and President of ADV Group: one of the leading voices of social entrepreneurship in the region: will speak about how businesses can be built by combining economic sustainability with real social impact.

  • - Aliona Butacova, founder and manager of “Hill&Valley”: participant in the session “Impact Heroes: Businesses That Change the World”: will share her experience of building a purpose-driven business and the lessons learned along the way.

  • - Ana Sitnic, founder of “Rozmarin Cafe”: participant in the session “Impact Heroes: Businesses That Change the World”: will discuss entrepreneurial challenges and the decisions that contributed to the growth of her business.

  • - Denis Zacon, AI consultant and trainer: will lead the workshop “AI for Impact Businesses: Where It Really Works,” focused on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business development.

  • - Natalia Bîzgan, founder of “Creator Security”: will deliver a workshop on cybersecurity, focusing on real risks and practical measures for protecting businesses and organizations.

  • - Ecaterina Postolati, organizational wellbeing expert: will guide the practical workshop “How to Prevent Burnout,” dedicated to leaders and teams aiming to build sustainable and balanced organizations.

Beyond technology and entrepreneurship, Impact Days Moldova 2026 will also highlight topics that directly influence how organizations and communities will evolve in the coming years: the professional integration of people from ethnic minorities, energy communities, strategic communication, cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union, and new models of collaboration between the civic, institutional, and entrepreneurial sectors.

Designed as a space for collaboration and networking, the event is intended for entrepreneurs, organizations, companies, and professionals seeking more than inspiration – relevant contacts, real-life examples, and practical ideas.

Throughout the two days, participants will be able to explore solutions to business challenges, better understand market dynamics, and discover useful tools for business development.

At the same time, Impact Days will create a framework for dialogue and collaboration between the entrepreneurial, civic, and institutional sectors, where valuable connections will be built and ideas for more responsible, sustainable, and community-oriented businesses will take shape.
