The government adopted the relevant decision, approving the list of projects to be funded from the state budget this year under the “Diaspora Succeeds at Home (DAR 1+3)” program. The DAR 1+3 program is a mechanism for cooperation between the government, local authorities, the diaspora, and development partners, through which financial resources are mobilized to implement projects of public interest. The government’s contribution to each project is up to 350,000 lei, while local authorities and the diaspora contribute at least 10% of the total project cost.
