Interview by InfoMarket   In early 2022, the international financial company Iute Group acquired Moldova’s Energbank. For Iute, this marked its first foray into the banking market. Over the past four years, the bank has been notable for having had 3 Chairpersons of the Executive Board approved by the regulator.
