The National Financial Market Commission (CNPF) announced the start of work on draft amendments to the Capital Market Law to clarify aspects related to ensuring transparency in the capital market. CNPF noted that the initiation of amendments to the above-mentioned law is due to Moldova's obligations to harmonize national legislation with EU legislation.
