Government approved a resolution to launch the State Data Control Portal

It will allow online verification of information about place of residence, temporary registration, and other data stored in state registries. The new service, available at verifica.gov.md, will be integrated into the e-guvernare platform and is intended for authorities, legal entities, and individuals authorized by law. The project was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization in collaboration with the Electronic Governance Agency and the Public Services Agency. The cost of developing the portal will be approximately 75,000 lei, financed from the budget of the Electronic Governance Agency, and its further administration will be carried out within the framework of the institution's annual budget. The decree provides for strict measures to protect personal data, including mandatory user authorization through the MPass system, keeping a log of requests, and allowing citizens to see in their personal account who requested their data and when. It is noted that the portal will become an important element of digital transformation, ensuring transparency and convenience in the provision of public services. //26.08.2025 InfoMarket.
