The income of Maia Sandu as President of Moldova in 2022 amounted to 321.6 thousand lei.
According to the declaration of income and personal interests of the head of state, last year Maia Sandu received a salary of 258.7 thousand lei and 62.9 thousand lei in the form of per diem for foreign trips. Another $30 was her income from interest on a deposit placed in the U.S. Bank-Fund Staff Federal Credit Union. The balance of the deposit at the time of the declaration was $600. Also, the head of state has a current account in the OTP Bank, which at the time of filing the declaration was about 13.1 thousand lei. As before, in her declaration, Maia Sandu indicated that from 2003 she owned an apartment of 74.5 square meters (purchased for 440 thousand lei), and from 2012 - a car RAV4 2007 year of manufacture (170 thousand lei).
