
In Moldova, the volume of investments in long-term assets in the first half of 2022 amounted to 11 billion 833.2 million lei and decreased by 7.7% compared to the same period in 2021.
As the National Bureau of Statistics told InfoMarket, in particular, investments in long-term intangible assets in January-June 2022 amounted to 296.5 million lei and decreased by 0.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. At the same time, investments in long-term tangible assets decreased by 7.8% - to 11 billion 536.7 million lei (97.5% of the total). According to the NBS, herewith, according to the results of the first half of 2022, investments in machinery and equipment amounted to 3 billion 691.1 million lei (+2.5% compared to the same period in 2021). Investments in the construction of residential buildings in January-June 2021 amounted to 1 billion 881.3 million lei (-2.9%), in non-residential buildings (buildings and structures) - 1 billion 673.3 million lei (-10%), in engineering structures - 2 billion 300.1 million lei (-26.4%), in vehicles - 1 billion 331.5 million lei (-5.9%), in other tangible assets - 659.4 million lei (+12.2%).
