The Chisinau Municipal Council has submitted for public discussion a draft decision on the approval of local taxes for 2022.
It is noted that when establishing local taxes for 2022, it is proposed to adjust the quotas set for 2021 to the inflation rate of 2020 (3.8%). Thus, the quotas of the market tax on advertising devices, on landscaping, fees for organizing auctions and lotteries in Chisinau, for placing information (advertising), fees for registering a local symbol and fees for parking were changed. After public consultation, the draft decision on local taxes for 2022 is to be submitted for approval to the Chisinau Municipal Council. Recall that from this year a fee for sanitary cleaning is levied, it is 10 lei per month from the owners of residential real estate (houses, apartments). Children, pensioners and persons with disabilities are exempted from this fee. The residents of Chisinau will receive notifications on the payment of the new tax by October 15, it will have to be paid by November 30, 2021.
