As noted in its message, in particular, by the decision of the Public Property Agency, an additional private issue of shares of JSC Energocom for 1 billion 393 million 784 thousand lei was previously carried out at the expense of funds transferred by the Ministry of Finance. The National Commission for the Financial Market registered in the Register of Securities Issuers the results of an additional issue of Energocom in the amount of 1 billion 393 million 784 thousand lei, in the amount of 1393784 ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 1000 lei per share.
