Premier Energy PLC Group from Cyprus, one of the most important players in the energy market in Romania and Moldova, is preparing for a listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange by selling its shares.

The Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority announced this, noting that it had approved a request to the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to approve the authorization of a prospectus for the sale of shares issued by Premier Energy PLC to be admitted to trading on the regulated market operated by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Wood & Company Financial Services will be the intermediary broker for the company's listing. It is planned that Premier Energy PLC will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on the model of Purcari Wineries Group, the first company from Moldova listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since February 2018 and also registered in Cyprus. It should be noted that Premier Energy Group operates in Romania and Moldova in the distribution of natural gas and electricity, and is controlled by the Czech EMMA Capital Group, which is owned by Czech millionaire Jiří Šmejc. In Romania, Premier Energy owns Premier Energy, Ligatne Gas, B.E.R.G. Sistem Gaz and Premier Energy Trading, and in Moldova, Premier Energy Distribution, Premier Energy and Navitas. // 24.03.2022 - InfoMarket.
