Moldova will implement a comprehensive reform of the labor remuneration system in the budgetary sector - Ministry of Finance

In particular, the Ministry of Finance organized the first meeting of the Working Group for coordination of the process of wage reform and revision of the normative framework on salaries in the budgetary sector in Moldova. According to the Finance Ministry, at the beginning of the meeting, the head of the ministry, Victoria Belous, reiterated the strategic importance of the reform process in the elaboration and implementation of an attractive and fair remuneration system, thanking the German government for the assistance and expertise provided with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). During the first meeting of the coordinating Working Group, the gathered members discussed the general stages of the initiated wage reform process, including the actions to be implemented. At the same time, the list of representative functions for all professional groups proposed for evaluation was reviewed, and the Methodology of evaluation of functions in the budgetary sphere, drafted in accordance with the recommendations of the group of international/national experts and proposals of the Working Group on evaluation of functions in the budgetary sphere, established by the Ministry of Finance, was proposed for approval.
