Thus, for residential consumers - clients of Premier Energy, the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) proposes to increase the tariff from 1.89 lei per 1 kWh (tariff effective from January 1) to 1.92 lei (excluding VAT). For comparison, Premier Energy requested an increase to 2.78 lei (excluding VAT). For Premier Energy consumers connected to medium voltage networks (6;10 kV), ANRE proposes to increase the tariff from 125 to 163 bani per 1 kWh (Premier Energy's request is 241 bani per 1 kWh), and for those connected to high voltage networks (35; 110 kV), - from 114 to 150 bani per 1 kWh (Premier Energy request - 226.84 bani per 1 kWh). ANRE notes that when calculating tariffs, the company's financial deviations for 2022 totaling 94.3 million lei were taken into account. In addition, ANRE published its tariff calculations for FEE Nord. ANRE proposes to increase the cost of electricity for FEE Nord end users connected to low voltage distribution networks (0.4 kV) from 204 to 225 bani per 1 kWh excluding VAT (FEE Nord request - 306.6 bani per 1 kW/ h excluding VAT), and for FEE Nord consumers connected to medium voltage distribution networks (6;10 kV) - from 143 to 166 bani per 1 kWh (FEE Nord request - 245.6 bani per 1 kWh ).
